WTH are bike lanes for.

Obviously they're lanes for bikes. But bike lanes are so stupid. Now i'm not sure where you guys live but here in America we have a lane for bikes. And we HAVE to use it. If we ride our bikes on the sidewalk we can get fined. So it's pretty stupid because they expect you to ride in between cars which seems fucking dangerous. I mean if someones turning they have to yield to you. But i still find it dangerous.

I know a person that got stopped. And the cop told her to walk her bike on the sidewalk and not ride it, because she's in the pedestrians way.

well here where i live (canada) i've never heard of them we have "bike paths" but they are generally off the road or right beside the street. Also on non-busy streets i just bike on the road otherwise i bike on the sidewalk O.o SCREW THE RULES I'M A REBEL
