What's a warning level?

I was just looking through member profiles, and some of them have "warning levels", and some don't. What do they do?

Oh right. They're for moderators to keep track of infractions. Basically when a member get's an infraction to keep track moderator simply moves his warning gauge down. I need to active them on all profiles. I'll do that now.

Well i didn't feel the need to as i was not done with it. For new members they're going to be automatically at green. The old members need to updated. That's why some have it and some don't.
