Is it true world transfer's are coming back?

I heard a lot of people say that Nexon would be reimplementing it.
Looking for confirmation.

Thanks! This is great news for me. I bought a lvl 200 in scania now i can transfer it to a world i actually like.

Supposedly they're going to be instant.

I think it was Hime that said it somewhere... they were removing the xfers because they wanted to make them instant...

yeah Himes said they were taken out so they could be instant.. but does anyone actually know if thats how their going to be now?

Regardless of it being instant or not, the economy will now be cluster fucked from easily dupable servers transferring.

does anyone know if the newer worlds like nido, zenith, and arcania will be able to be xfer'd in?

I thought those 3 had MTS and were able to be xferred to already? And only Chaos and Nova were still separated?

When mts came out in those worlds, people were able to xfer out, but not xfer in if I recall.
